Great Blue Resorts Annual Fees

When looking into resort cottage ownership, there are a few things families will consider before making their purchase, including the ongoing costs of ownership each year.

Great Blue Resorts Maintenance Fees 

Our all-inclusive resort management fee covers most of your running costs:

  • Hydro (excludes Golden Beach Resort)
  • Water and Septic
  • Garbage collections
  • Car parking
  • Street lighting
  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance (where applicable)
  • WiFi locations and hot spots (may vary from resort to resort)
  • Use of resort amenities
  • Family entertainment program

Annual fees vary depending on your chosen location on each resort and vary from resort to resort.
